Role: SAP CRM Service Consultant

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (Onsite / Hybrid)

GyanSys provides Digital Transformation services leveraging SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, Application Modernization and various AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CRM – Service solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support integration with ECC, middleware, and third-party systems
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and solution quality
• Handle incident management, enhancements, and continuous improvements
• Conduct testing, training, and documentation for service processes
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM with strong focus on the Service module
• Experience in configuring and supporting service contracts, service orders, service requests, and related objects
• Integration knowledge with ECC, SD, and middleware systems
• Strong understanding of business processes in high-tech manufacturing or similar industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
