Key Responsibilities
- Service Management: Configure and manage service orders, service requests, complaints, and returns.
- Contracts & Warranties: Set up service contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and warranty determinations.
- Resource Planning: Implement and support resource scheduling, dispatching, and field service execution.
- System Integration: Integrate SAP CRM Service with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) for spare parts, billing, and equipment management.
- Customization: Tailor transaction types, action profiles, partner determination procedures, and catalog profiles.
