🚀 Hiring: SAP Data Migration Consultant – SAP S/4HANA
Work Location: Initially Remote
Project: SAP S/4HANA Transformation – Germany
Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation project.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LTMOM, with proven experience handling both master data and transactional data migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy system data and define data migration requirements.
- Prepare data mapping, transformation, and migration documents.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.
- Execute end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA.
- Perform mock loads, reconciliation, data validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and QM.
🛠️ Mandatory Technical Skills
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
✅ SAP Data Migration Cockpit / SAP Migration Cockpit
✅ LTMC & LTMOM – Mandatory
✅ Migration Object Templates (MOTs)
✅ Staging Table Method
✅ Direct Transfer Method
✅ File Transfer Method
✅ Legacy data extraction frameworks
✅ Migration of Master Data & Transactional Data
✅ LSMW
✅ Knowledge of BDC, BAPI, IDoc, ALE interfaces & integrations
Required Experience
- 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC and LTMOM.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data.
- Experience with end-to-end migration: Analysis → Extraction → Mapping → Cleansing → Transformation → Loading → Validation → Cutover.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Good to Have
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- SAP certification is an advantage.
