Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Perform Employee Central foundation object and MDF object configuration.
• Configure workflows, business rules, event reasons, picklists, and position management.
• Support organizational management, job information, compensation information, and employee records management.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Work on data migration using import tools and templates.
• Support integrations between EC and SAP/Non-SAP systems.
