SAP FI-AR Functional Consultant | Dubai | Contract Position

SAP FI-AR / FSCM Consultant (Dubai Real Estate Projects)

Key Skills:

• SAP FI-AR (Accounts Receivable)
• FSCM: Dunning, Credit Management, Collections
• EBS, PDC Management & Cheque Bounce Handling
• IFRS 9 ECL
• UAE VAT & FTA e-Invoicing
• SAP RE-FX exposure (Lease Management, RERAPP, Service Charge Settlement, IFRS 16)
• SD/PS Integration, Data Migration & Cutover

Mandatory Domain Experience:

• Experience working on Dubai/UAE Real Estate projects with Property Developers, Leasing, or Property Management companies.
• Strong understanding of Property Sales, Installment Collections, RERA Escrow Processes, Tenant Billing, and Service Charge Settlements.

Key Deliverables:

• Configure and implement FI-AR/FSCM processes.
• Support Real Estate receivables, collections, and escrow-related requirements.
• Execute testing, migration, cutover, and go-live support.
