Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Years of Experience: 8+ years

Location: PAN India

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support activities
• Act as a functional lead for Finance-related SAP initiatives
• Perform business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Drive process optimization and automation within Finance and Controlling
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑functional SAP teams
• Prepare functional specifications (FS) and support RICEFW developments
• Mentor junior consultants and review configuration/design deliverables

1. Financial Accounting (FI)

General Ledger (FI‑GL)

Accounts Payable (FI‑AP)

Accounts Receivable (FI‑AR)

Asset Accounting (FI‑AA)

Bank Accounting (EBS and Outgoing)

In-house cash management

Credit management and collection management

VIM (Vendor invoice management)

2. Controlling (CO)

Cost Center Accounting (CO‑CCA)

Internal Orders (CO‑IO)

Profit Center Accounting (CO‑PCA)

Product Costing (CO‑PC)

Integration Experience

• FI–MM (Procure-to-Pay)
• FI–SD (Order-to-Cash)
• FI–HCM (Payroll postings)
• FI–PP (Product costing)
• FI–PS (Project Systems – preferred)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a strong plus
