Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Integration and Middleware technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PO (Process Orchestration) administration and integration development.
• Experience with SAP Integration design, interface development, and middleware support.
• Strong knowledge of technical design, design reviews, and integration governance processes.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, application debugging, and issue resolution.
• Exposure to SAP PP (Production Planning) integration processes.
• Experience in production support, cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare support activities.
• Ability to work with global customers, vendors, and distributed project teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
• Experience with IDOCs, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience in Agile delivery and DevOps-driven SAP environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integration automation frameworks.
• Experience managing offshore and onsite delivery coordination.
