Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central. The role requires a good balance of technical and functional expertise, with approximately 60% focus on technical activities and 40% on functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Design, configure, develop, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
\n
• Work on Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, MDF, and foundation objects.
\n
• Develop and support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/third-party systems.
\n
• Work with Integration Center, APIs, OData, and other SuccessFactors integration technologies.
\n
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause solutions.
\n
• Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate SuccessFactors solutions.
\n
• Collaborate with HR/business stakeholders, technical teams, and other IT teams.
\n
• Participate in implementation, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
\n
• Prepare technical and functional documentation as required.
\n

Mandatory Skills:

\n
• 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central.
\n
• Good combination of technical and functional SuccessFactors experience.
\n
• Experience with Integration Center / SuccessFactors Integrations.
\n
• Strong knowledge of MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, and Foundation Objects.
\n
• Good understanding of OData/API-based integrations.
\n
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Employee Central functionality.
\n
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n

Preferred:

\n
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP and third-party applications.
\n
• Experience in implementation/enhancement and production support projects.
\n
