About the Role

Hero Education is looking for dynamic and experienced Learning Consultants and Senior Learning Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales, with proven experience in selling Online MBA Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners and understand their career and learning goals.
• Drive end-to-end sales of Online MBA Programs through consultative selling.
• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and guide them through the enrollment journey.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about programs and offerings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry.
• Mandatory experience in selling Online MBA Programs.
• Strong consultative selling and counselling skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.
