Senior Atlassian DC to Cloud Enterprise Migration Specialist Location: Remote Experience: 8–12 Years CTC: ₹30–40 LPA Employment Type: Full Time We are looking for an experienced Atlassian DC to Cloud Enterprise Migration Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end migrations of Atlassian Data Center products to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-scale migrations of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Crowd from Data Center to Cloud. Plan and execute DC-to-Cloud migrations using Cloud Migration Assistant (CMA) . Conduct migration readiness assessments, application compatibility analysis, data audits and user mapping. Design phased migration strategies including big-bang, parallel and incremental migrations. Handle data mapping and transformation for workflows, custom fields, permissions, notifications and automation. Manage identity migration from LDAP/AD/Crowd to Atlassian Guard, SCIM and SAML SSO . Evaluate and manage Marketplace application migration and cloud compatibility. Use REST APIs / GraphQL for migration automation and data validation. Manage data residency, security, compliance and governance requirements. Prepare migration runbooks, rollback plans, risk registers and communication plans. Lead UAT, post-migration validation, hypercare and Data Center decommissioning. Coordinate with IT, Security, Compliance and business stakeholders. Must-Have Skills: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian products . 3+ years of hands-on Data Center to Cloud migration experience. Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo . Hands-on experience with Cloud Migration Assistant (CMA) . Enterprise-scale migration experience with complex environments. Strong knowledge of Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, Atlassian Guard, SAML, SCIM and SSO . Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL . Strong stakeholder management, project planning and change management skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Xray and migration documentation . Good to Have: Terraform / Ansible / Python / Groovy / Bash ScriptRunner and Automation for Jira Atlassian Forge / Connect Atlassian Analytics Enterprise ITSM / JSM experience Atlassian certifications ITIL / PMP / PMI-ACP certification
