Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Auth0 CIAM Architect / Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, assessing, and modernizing enterprise-scale identity platforms while ensuring secure and seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance existing Auth0 implementations and identity ecosystems.
• Design and manage Auth0 tenant architecture and customer identity solutions.
• Implement OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML-based authentication.
• Configure MFA, adaptive authentication, passwordless authentication, and identity federation.
• Design secure B2C and B2B customer identity models.
• Identify security gaps, technical debt, and architecture improvement opportunities.
• Define governance, compliance, and CIAM operating standards.
• Support CIAM transformation and managed services initiatives.
