Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue (PySpark)
- Build robust data transformation frameworks for large-scale data processing
- Develop orchestration workflows using AWS Step Functions and EventBridge
- Design and maintain S3-based Data Lake architectures
- Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform
- Develop data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks
- Optimize data models for analytics and reporting workloads
- Ensure adherence to AWS security, governance, and IAM best practices
- Collaborate with business, data, and application teams to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of Data Engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years of AWS Glue (PySpark) experience
- Strong background in Data Lake and Cloud Data Engineering
- Experience designing Metadata-Driven ETL Frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to AWS orchestration services
- Experience implementing security and governance controls on AWS
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
