Senior Developer

Job Description

• Lead architecture and technical design initiatives while remaining hands-on with development
• Mentor engineering teams and establish development standards
• Drive code quality and best engineering practices
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based applications
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders
• Utilize modern development approaches including DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted development tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership and mentorship responsibilities
• Strong backend development experience using .NET and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS
• Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions
• Experience with Angular
