About the Role
Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer / Technical Lead
Experience: 7-10+ Years
Work Location: Bangalore Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer / Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure, scalable, and highly reliable cloud platform services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive DevSecOps and Platform Engineering best practices.
- Build and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for accelerated software delivery.
- Strengthen cloud security, compliance, observability, and reliability.
- Mentor engineering teams on modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient platform services.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Platforms, and Infrastructure Automation.
- Expertise in Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Knowledge of Cloud Security, Monitoring, Observability, and SRE practices.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Containers, and Cloud-native technologies.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor teams.
Good to Have
- Experience in Platform Engineering.
- Exposure to Automotive, SDV, or Vehicle Platform environments.
