About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Program Management to lead and drive end-to-end program execution across Product and Engineering. The role will be responsible for establishing strong delivery governance, ensuring predictable software releases, driving cross-functional alignment, and continuously improving organizational delivery capabilities. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in program management and software delivery is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product development and software delivery lifecycle across products.

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of software releases, ensuring quality, predictability, and timely execution.
\n
• Establish robust program governance, metrics, reporting, and communication mechanisms to provide clear and transparent visibility to stakeholders.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement of Product and Engineering processes to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability.
\n
• Monitor and improve team productivity, delivery performance, and execution effectiveness across Product and Engineering.
\n
• Lead and streamline customer upgrades, deployments, and installations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal operational disruption.
\n
• Ensure effective release documentation, release notes, handovers, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer across relevant stakeholders.
\n
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; facilitate cross-functional alignment, build consensus, and resolve conflicts to maintain delivery momentum.
\n
• Proactively identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks, drive timely escalations and decisions, and effectively balance business priorities with technical constraints.
\n
• De-risk product launches and releases through proactive risk management, contingency planning, phased execution, and early mitigation strategies.
\n
• Identify Product and Engineering process gaps and drive sustainable corrective actions and improvements.
\n
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Customer-facing teams to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and successful business outcomes.
