Senior Executive - Ad Operations

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and technically inclined Ad Operations Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Floodlight tag implementation, and ad serving. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and managing digital campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and providing support for seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, traffic, and monitor campaigns using CM360.
\n
• Assist in the implementation and QA of Floodlight tags for conversion tracking and remarketing.
\n
• Ensure accurate creative setup, tagging, and timely campaign launches across ad servers.
\n
• Troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues with internal teams and external partners.
\n
• Collaborate with media planners and creative teams to ensure correct specs and tag deployment.
\n
• Maintain campaign documentation, trafficking sheets, and tag trackers.
\n
• Support campaign pacing and delivery reports, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
\n
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies related to impressions, clicks, and conversions.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• 1–3 years of experience in Ad Operations, preferably within a digital media agency or publisher.
\n
• Working knowledge of CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) platform.
\n
• Familiarity with Floodlight tag setup and troubleshooting.
\n
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and ad tag structures.
\n
• Exposure to ad servers like DV360, Sizmek, or similar is a plus.
\n
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
\n
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CM360 or Google Marketing Platform is an added advantage.
\n
• Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar TMS.
\n
• Knowledge of third-party measurement tools (e.g., MOAT, IAS, DV) is a plus.
