Role summary:

Job Title: Senior Executive - Ad Ops

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Total experience: 2–5 years of agency experience in Digital Ad Operations, preferably within a media agency, digital advertising or ad-tech environment. Hands-on experience with IAS trackers is preferred/required.


Role Overview

Dentsu is looking for a Senior Executive – Ad Operations with strong hands-on expertise in IAS (Integral Ad Science) and CM360 (Campaign Manager 360) to manage the end-to-end execution, tracking, measurement, monitoring and reporting of digital campaigns.


The candidate will be responsible for campaign trafficking, tracker creation and implementation, pre-launch QA, campaign monitoring, pacing, verification, troubleshooting and reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability and a thorough understanding of digital campaign tracking and measurement.


The candidate will work closely with media, analytics, account, platform and vendor teams to ensure accurate campaign execution, measurement and reporting.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end digital campaign operations, including campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, QA, monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
  • Have strong hands-on experience with IAS and CM360, including creating trackers/tags based on campaign and brand requirements and ensuring their accurate implementation and tracking.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-launch QA and testing to validate campaign setup, creatives, trackers, URLs, tracking parameters and other relevant campaign components.
  • Monitor campaigns on an ongoing basis for delivery, pacing, impressions, clicks, views, reach and other relevant KPIs, and proactively identify potential delivery risks.
  • Use IAS and other relevant platforms for campaign verification and measurement, including monitoring viewability, invalid traffic (IVT), brand safety/suitability and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and identify gaps such as non-measurable impressions, tracking issues or unexpected verification results.
  • Monitor and reconcile data across IAS, CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Meta and other platform/reporting sources, identifying and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Investigate the root cause of data, tracking, delivery and reporting discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams/platforms to resolve them.
  • Identify campaign performance and inventory-related issues and provide relevant optimisation recommendations based on campaign data and verification insights.
  • Ensure strict adherence to campaign taxonomies, naming conventions, tracking structures and data hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate campaign trackers, reporting sheets and documentation, ensuring data is complete, consistent and up to date.
  • Work closely with media, analytics, account and platform/vendor teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, accurate measurement and timely reporting.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality and adherence to campaign timelines and SLAs.
  • Proactively flag campaign risks, implementation issues, discrepancies and potential under-delivery to relevant stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Graduate with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations / Digital Campaign Management.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in IAS and CM360 is mandatory. The candidate should be capable of independently creating, implementing, validating, monitoring and troubleshooting trackers.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising tracking, campaign measurement, verification and reporting.
  • Good understanding of IAS metrics and concepts including viewability, measurability, IVT, brand safety and brand suitability.
  • Strong knowledge of CM360 campaign trafficking, tracking, QA and reporting.
  • Good working knowledge of DV360, Google Ads, Meta and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly around campaign pacing, tracking issues and data discrepancies.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting, data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of campaign taxonomies, naming conventions and data hygiene.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify errors before they impact campaign delivery or reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and vendors.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
