Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial work from home. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust features. The role also involves participating in code reviews, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical best practices. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the engineer will be expected to mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement across the engineering function.
Qualifications
- Minimum exp of 5 years
- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning end-to-end delivery of web applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, managing data persistence, and working with server-side frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive UI.
- Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and CI/CD practices to ensure reliable and maintainable code.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capability to collaborate in a cross-functional, hybrid work environment.
- Relevant experience as a senior or lead engineer, familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and a background in scalable, distributed systems are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
