Role Description The Design Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandra, responsible for overseeing the visual and spatial design direction across DJRS Hospitality brands. This role includes developing and refining brand identities, designs for social media creatives (menus, coasters, tent cards, standees) and ensuring cohesive design standards across all our brands.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in execution for social media, brand identity creation and spatial design for hospitality environments.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools) and familiarity with production-ready files.
- Should have 5+ year of experience of leading end-to-end design projects, including planning, specification of materials and finishes, and on-site implementation oversight.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate design rationale clearly.
- Comfort working on-site in Bandra, with flexibility to visit other brand locations as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current hospitality and F&B design trends, materials, and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hospitality or social and branding agencies preferred.
