Work Week: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

We're looking for a passionate Senior Interior Designer who enjoys solving design challenges, collaborating with clients, and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and flawless execution.
What You'll Do
In addition to the responsibilities of an Interior Designer, you will:
- Lead residential interior design projects
- Independently manage client discussions, presentations, approvals, and design decisions
- Review layouts, 3D models, working drawings, production drawings, and project documentation
- Prepare and review project quotations
- Mentor and guide Interior Designers throughout the design process
- Allocate work, review deliverables, and maintain design quality across projects
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and resolve design or execution challenges
- Ensure project timelines, documentation, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved
- Drive continuous improvements in design standards, workflows, and team performance
