Hiring: Senior Java Developer

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week

Shift: UK Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Note: We are sourcing profiles from South India only.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on development experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JSF, Hibernate, SQL, and Tomcat.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a small team environment and willing to contribute to business activities along with core development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
Design and develop applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
Work extensively with JSF for application development and maintenance.
Develop and maintain database-driven applications using Hibernate and SQL.
Deploy and manage applications using Apache Tomcat.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Participate in requirement discussions and provide technical solutions.
Collaborate effectively within a small development team.
Support business activities in addition to development responsibilities.
Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of applications.

Must-Have Skills

7+ years of overall Java development experience
2+ years of hands-on JSF experience – Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring & Spring Boot
Experience with Hibernate
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL
Experience with Apache Tomcat
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on development experience is mandatory

Candidate Requirements

Must be willing to work 5 days from office in Chennai
Must be comfortable working in the UK shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Should be comfortable working in a small team setup
Should be willing to support business activities along with development work
Candidates should be based in South India

For candidates based in Chennai, the final discussion will be conducted in person at the Chennai office.
