Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 2-3 medium-size projects and manage 3-4 subsystems.
• Oversee a team of 10 - 20 resources (may include contractors).
• Workcloselywiththeir directortoensure thattheyclearly understandthebusiness priorities and are working on the right project.
• Accountableforthesuccessfuldelivery(on-time,on-budget,w/highestquality) ofall Integration projects across different tools and technologies.
• Providetechnicalleadershipanddirectiontoevaluatethird-partysystemsandtheir integrations, prototype new components, as per the requirements.
• Ensurealignmentwiththecompany'sstandard sandproceduresandpropose optimizations for existing processes to expedite day-to-day job.
• Should be data and metrics oriented.
• Workcloselywithother teamstocapture andunderstandtheir futureneedsin advance.
• Fosterastrongvendorpartnershipthatencouragescollaborationandoffers improvement opportunities for functionality, reliability and cost savings.
• Provideteammemberswithanenvironmentofcoaching,mentoring,feedbackand staff development.
• Hire,coach,train,andleadahighcaliber anddiverseteamofprofessionaltechnology specialists who will provide development expertise and guidance across IT.
• Leadeffortstoensuretheworkplaceenvironmentsupportsahighly motivatedand effective workforce focused on continuous improvement and best practices

Experience:

• 10+yearsofdataengineering,BIdevelopment/engineering,and/ordataarchitecture experience.
• 5+yearsofexperienceleadingeffectivedevelopmentteamsthatarebothtechnical and functional.
• Proven ability to deliver against project schedules and timelines with quality.
• Demonstratedabilitytoproactivelymanagekeyobjectivesofthecosts andbenefits associated with the implementation and operation of technology services
• Abilitytobuildateamandmaintainpositive workingrelationshipsoftheteamacross the company.
• Ability to communicate at both a technical and executive level.
• Results oriented, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action.
• Strongcommunicationandleadershipskillswiththedemonstratedability toleadand influence IT professionals across the enterprise.

• 7-10+ years of experience in development and engineering.
• Experience leading technical and functional development teams.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Java, ReactJS, HTML, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
• ExperiencewithAzure/GCP,Kubernetes,CI/CDpipelines,andversioncontrol systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and API management.
• Strong system design skills.
• Results-oriented with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency.
• Excellentoralandwritten communicationskills,withtheability tointeractwithsenior management, technical experts, and business customers.
• Strong engineering delivery skills with a bias for action and customer focus.
• Abilitytocollaboratewithcross-functionalteams(Product,UX,Operations,and Technology) to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.

Additional Skills:

• ExperiencewithTypeScript,GraphQL, testautomationframeworks(e.g.,Selenium, JUnit, Mockito)
• Familiarity with data streaming platforms like Kafka
• ExperiencewithCosmosDB,MongoDB,orotherNoSQLandSQLdatabase management systems
• Knowledge of Copilot and other similar tools
