Senior Manager - Founder's Office

Honasa Consumer Ltd.
Gurugram

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

This role spans strategy, execution, and communication. Here's where you'll spend your time:

1. Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives

  • Own the 0-to-1: scope, structure, and drive the Founder's highest-priority bets - from new category launches to org-wide transformation programs.
  • Frame the problem: build the business cases, models, and decision memos that help the Founder choose between competing priorities.
  • Land the plane: run these initiatives end-to-end as a project charter - clear owners, milestones, budgets, and risk tracking - so nothing slips through the cracks.

2. Program & Project Management Across the Org

  • Build the operating cadence: stand up and run lightweight, repeatable PM rhythms (weekly business reviews, OKR tracking, launch trackers) that keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.
  • Connect the dots: act as the neutral convener across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams - surfacing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and keeping momentum.
  • Instrument everything: define the metrics that matter, build the dashboards, and flag risks and opportunities before they become fire drills.

3. Communications & Executive Storytelling

  • Be the Founder's voice: craft board decks, investor updates, town-hall narratives, and strategic presentations that turn complexity into a clear, compelling story.
  • Write what matters: draft speeches, LinkedIn posts, internal memos, and thought-leadership content on the Founder's behalf - in their voice, at their standard.
  • Own the room: run high-stakes meetings and off-sites: set the agenda, capture the decisions, and drive the follow-through.

4. Founder Leverage & Decision Support

  • Multiply their bandwidth: prioritize the Founder's time, prep them for every key meeting, and make sure decisions have the context and data behind them.
  • Be the trusted second brain: chase down the answers, do the desk research, and pressure-test ideas so the Founder can decide with confidence.
  • Manage the ecosystem: build relationships across leadership, the board, investors, and partners - and represent the Founder's office with credibility and discretion.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience (including pre-MBA) in management consulting, strategy, investment banking/PE, high-growth startup ops, or a prior founder's office / chief-of-staff role.
  • AI Native - fluency with latest AI tools & models
  • Execution muscle - proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving alignment across many stakeholders.
  • Numbers fluency - strong analytical and modelling skills; comfort turning data into decisions (Excel/Sheets, and ideally SQL or BI tools).
  • Storytelling - exceptional written and verbal communication; you can build a board-ready deck and a crisp memo with equal ease.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA is optional

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in consumer, D2C, e-commerce, retail, or beauty & wellness.
  • Exposure to a public company, IPO, or investor-facing environment.
  • A genuine love for the Honasa brand family and the Indian BPC landscape.

What's in it for you:

  • A front-row seat - proximity to the Founders and the leadership team - you'll learn how a category-defining company is actually run.
  • Accelerated growth - this is a launchpad. Founders’ Office alumni go on to lead functions, run BUs, or start their own companies.
  • Benefits that matter - comprehensive health cover for you and your family, learning budgets, and a genuinely flexible, hybrid way of working.
