Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform & CRM Solution Development
- Design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.
- Design and develop scalable cloud automation using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Data Flows, and Azure Service Bus.
- Design optimized Dataverse data models, business rules, relationships, and security frameworks.
- Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and external systems.
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documents.
- Define integration and data architecture strategies.
- Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct technical design and code reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
ALM & DevOps
- Manage Power Platform solution packaging and deployments, including Managed Solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Power Platform Build Tools.
- Configure and manage Environment Variables and Connection References across environments.
- Configure Service Principals, Environments, Users, Security Roles, Security Teams, and Azure Service Bus.
- Use Git and Power Platform CLI (PAC CLI) for source control and deployment automation.
Governance & Security
- Implement Dataverse security using Security Roles, Business Units, Teams, and Field-Level Security.
- Support Power Platform governance through DLP Policies, Managed Environments, and CoE best practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Lead technical workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, PMs, developers, and QA teams.
- Prepare technical estimations, risk assessments, solution designs, and deployment plans.
- Support UAT, production deployments, troubleshooting, and hypercare.
Performance & Production Support
- Troubleshoot Dynamics 365, Power Platform applications, integrations, and deployment issues.
- Optimize Power Apps using delegation, efficient data retrieval, reusable components, and performance best practices.
- Improve Power Automate flow performance, reliability, monitoring, and error handling.
- Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform solution development and architecture.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise integration patterns and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ALM, CI/CD, governance, security, and production deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently own technical delivery and guide development teams.
