Key Skills:
* Strong experience in **Oracle CCS (Customer Care & Billing / Customer Cloud Service)** scripting and customization.
* Proficiency in Oracle CCS development, business rules, and workflow scripting.
* Experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database.
* Ability to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
* Good troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
**Preferred:**
* Experience in the Utilities domain.
* Exposure to Oracle CCS implementation or upgrade projects.
