Senior QA Automation Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, a balanced background in manual and
automation testing, and familiarity with industry-standard tools and hardware domains. This role
requires active participation in office-based work, dedication to quality, and effective team
collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Python
● Conduct manual and automated testing across diverse platforms (video, audio, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc.)
● Collaborate with software and hardware engineering teams to define, refine, and execute test strategies
● Utilize and manage test tracking and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub)
● Execute end-to-end automated tests using tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar
● Troubleshoot, document, and communicate test results and defects clearly
● Perform hardware integration and functional validation
● Participate actively in team meetings, code reviews, and agile processes
● Maintain detailed test documentation and reports
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
● Minimum 8 years QA experience in automation and manual testing
● Proficiency in Python for testing and scripting
● Experience on C, C++, Javascript, Typescript will be a plus
● Hands-on experience with Jira, GitHub, or comparable tools
● Expertise in automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or equivalents
● Good understanding of hardware interfaces and protocols (video, audio, Bluetooth, WiFi)
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and inter-personal abilities
● Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work effectively from office
