Senior Operations Associate
Location: Both Barasat and Salt-Lake campus (as per University's requirement)

Brainware University is expanding its AI Research & Development Cell and is looking for talented individuals who can analyze data deeply, identify meaningful patterns, generate actionable insights and support better Institutional decisions. This is not a routine Reporting role. It is an opportunity to work on high-impact assignments connected to Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Institutional strategy while contributing to a fast-moving data-driven decision-support environment.

What the role involves:
- Analysing Institutional data from areas such as Admissions, Academics, Finance, Placements, Pre-Placements and Strategy
- Identifying trends, issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Preparing Analytical Summaries, Dashboards, Reports and Decision-supporting notes
- Using AI tools to improve the speed, depth and quality of Data analysis and Interpretation
- Working with relevant teams to convert data into practical recommendations and measurable Action points
Desired profile:
- Masters with 2-3 years of Full-Time Corporate Work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to interpret data clearly and convert it into insights and decisions
- Familiarity with Excel is essential; exposure to Power BI/Tableau, Python, SQL, Statistics or other Analytical tools would be an advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools for Data analysis, Interpretation, Reporting or Workflow improvement would be preferred
- Candidates from Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related backgrounds may apply
Freshers would not be considered for this role.
