Senior SAP CRM Service Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementation, enhancements, configuration, and production support for CRM Service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP CRM Service processes.
• Work on service requests, service orders, service confirmations, and service contracts.
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Perform SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Integrate SAP CRM with ECC/S4 and other SAP modules.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP CRM Service experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation.
• Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects.
• Strong configuration knowledge in SAP CRM Service.
• Experience in functional documentation and testing.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
