Are you a strong technical leader skilled in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and enterprise workflow design? We are looking for an Expert SharePoint Developer / Lead to join our team in Bengaluru!
Role: Expert SharePoint Developer / Lead
Location: Bengaluru (4:1 Hybrid Work Mode)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Consultant)
⚡ Notice Period: IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY (0–15 Days max)
⏳ Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Build: Design and develop enterprise-grade SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Security & Governance: Implement complex Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and tailored security models.
- Automation: Build and optimize long-running business process workflows using Power Automate.
- App Development: Create custom forms and high-performing Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
- Data & Batch Processing: Design large-scale batch processing and data management architectures.
- Integrations: Connect SharePoint seamlessly with Microsoft Graph API, Azure Services, and third-party tools.
- Leadership: Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery.
🛠 Required Technical Expertise:
- Core Stack: SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate.
- Architecture: Complex RBAC, Custom Forms, Long-Running Workflows, Batch Processing.
- Cloud & APIs: Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and strong verbal/written communication skills.
