Role: Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer who can take ownership of complex systems, work across multiple technology stacks, and lead/mentor junior developers.
The role involves working on IoT and AI-driven systems, with strong exposure to architecture, system integration, distributed systems, and scalable application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop and maintain scalable systems
- Lead complex features and technical initiatives across projects
- Design and implement APIs and system integrations
- Ensure code quality, performance and reliability
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams
- Mentor junior developers and guide them on technical best practices
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks
- Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant software development experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead role.
- The role will involve approximately 60% team leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance and 40% hands-on development.
- Strong experience in system architecture and complex application development
- Proficiency across multiple programming languages/technology stacks
- Experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systems
- Exposure to AI/ML or AI-driven applications
- Strong understanding of software design principles
- Experience mentoring or leading a team of developers
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
