Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute across the development of our product.

You'll work closely with other engineers and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs
• Develop user-facing features and interfaces
• Work with databases and data models
• Integrate third-party services where required
• Write and maintain automated tests
• Review code and contribute to engineering best practices
• Identify and resolve technical and production issues
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional experience in software engineering
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills
• Experience with Node.js or a similar backend technology
• Experience with React or a similar modern frontend framework
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or another relational database
• Good understanding of SQL and data modelling
• Experience building APIs and web applications
• Experience working with modern development practices and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take ownership of work from development through delivery
