Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior/Manager US Tax & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. If you have extensive hands-on experience navigating complex US tax filings, possess deep expertise in TaxAct Software, and bring over 8 years of solid US accounting experience, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Preparation & Filing: Accurately prepare, review, and file US federal and state tax returns, specifically focused on:
  • Form 1040 (Individual Income Tax Returns)
  • Form 1065 (U.S. Return of Partnership Income)
  • Form 1120S (U.S. Income Tax Return for an S Corporation)
  • Software Utilization: Leverage TaxAct as the primary tax preparation platform to manage client data, calculations, and electronic submissions efficiently.
  • Accounting & Review: Ensure financial statements and general ledgers are tax-ready and reconciled accurately prior to return preparation.
  • Compliance & Client Support: Stay up to date with US federal and state tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements to provide compliant tax strategy advice.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree / Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in US accounting and income tax preparation.
  • Software Expertise: Proven, hands-on proficiency with TaxAct Software is strictly required.
  • Tax Form Mastery: Strong, demonstrated expertise in preparing and filing Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120S.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.



⭐ Added Advantages & Bonus Qualifications
  • Certifications: Holding an Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential will be given strong weightage. Relevant specialized tax/accounting certifications are a major plus.
  • Bookkeeping Software: Practical experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is highly desirable.
