JOB Description:

Must Have:

• 6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/FSM/GRC/SecOps/SPM, etc.).
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Exposure to ServiceNow AI, GenAI, or Automation capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
