Mandatory Skills: Hands-on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and AIOps experience

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract

ServiceNow Consultant - ITOM who is experienced with Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and AIOps.

This requires an experienced ITOM/AIOps consultant capable of configuring ServiceNow operational intelligence capabilities rather than a general platform resource.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.

Configure and optimize:

Event Management
Metric Intelligence
Health Log Analytics
Event Correlation
Impact Analysis
CMDB
Service Mapping

Configure anomaly detection for:

CPU utilization
Memory utilization
Disk utilization

Support root cause analysis workflows.
Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.
Configure service dependency and impact visibility.
Support event-noise reduction initiatives.
Participate in testing, validation, and outcome demonstrations.
