Job Position: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM + FSO
Work Location: Noida / Pune / Hyderabad.
Experience: 5 to 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Agent Mobile App, Dispatching, Scheduling, Territories, and Workforce Management.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Configure and maintain FSO data models, scheduling policies, assignment rules, and resource management.
• Integrate FSO with ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and third-party applications.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation processes.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
