• Experience in Identify System Inefficiency.
• Experience in Security update and applications deployments.
• Experience in Designing and Developing Configuration.
• Experience in Creating New Service Now procedures and workflows.
• Estimate, organize, plan, and prioritize testing-related tasks.
• Control update sets for the code base’s transfer to test and production environments.
• Coordinate vendors for ServiceNow product flaws.
• Oversee ServiceNow administration, planning, and maintenance.
