-> Design, develop, and implement IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
-> Work extensively on HAM & SAM modules to optimize the complete asset lifecycle.
-> Configure and customize ServiceNow to support asset tracking, compliance, and governance processes.
-> Integrate ITAM solutions with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
-> Ensure compliance with software licensing, vendor agreements, and asset governance policies.
-> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
-> Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

-> 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
-> Strong hands-on expertise in ITAM modules, especially HAM and SAM.
-> Good understanding of CMDB, asset lifecycle management, and ServiceNow best practices.
-> Experience with scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
-> Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable solutions.
-> Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
