Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, install, and dismantle shuttering/formwork.
- Work on formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, measurements, and stability of formwork.
- Read basic construction drawings and measurements.
- Inspect and adjust shuttering before concrete pouring.
- Safely remove formwork after concrete setting.
- Use and maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
- Follow construction-site safety rules and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
