Role Description The Social Media Manager AI role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance analytics, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Manager AI will also experiment with AI-driven tools for content ideation, automation, and optimization, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with broader digital marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major social platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategy aligned with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
- Solid writing and communication skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for social media management, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Experience using social media analytics and insights to refine campaigns and report results.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with design, content, and marketing teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or startup environment is an advantage.
