Java Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, SQL, concurrency, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms and experience building reliable, scalable, and performance-oriented applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring.
• Develop and optimize applications for high availability and low latency.
• Work with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and parallel processing.
• Develop efficient and optimized solutions using SQL and relational databases.
• Identify system bottlenecks and contribute to application performance optimization.
• Perform profiling, benchmarking, and performance tuning in distributed environments.
• Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to develop efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Good proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Good understanding of Multithreading and Concurrency.
• Experience developing high-availability and low-latency applications.
• Understanding of performance tuning, profiling, and benchmarking.
• Exposure to distributed systems and performance-sensitive applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Experience working on high-throughput, real-time, or performance-sensitive applications.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
