About the Role:
We’re looking for a React Frontend Engineers who love building fast, scalable and intuitive user interfaces. You’ll work closely with product, design and backend teams to translate ideas into high-quality user experiences that directly impact business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, writing clean code and shipping fast in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js
- Translate product and design requirements into responsive - pixel-perfect UIs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability and usability
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly
- Drive component reusability, code quality and best practices
- Debug issues, improve performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and sprint planning
Requirements:
- Strong engineering background with 2-7 years of experience in frontend development using frameworks such as React is required.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required to build responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS or Kendo UI is required.
- Experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications is required.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript scripting, including ServiceNow scripting, is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and browser debugging tools is required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
