Software Engineer II

Position: Software Engineer II (ETL Developer)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week from office)

Interview Process: 1 round, 60-minute In-Person Interview

Key Skills Required

• Strong ETL Development experience
• Strong SQL skills with expertise in writing core logic and complex SQL queries
• Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
• Python, Java, or Scala
• Cloud experience (GCP preferred)
• Knowledge of BigQuery, Hive, Object Storage (GCS/S3/HDFS)
• Messaging services such as Pub/Sub, Kafka, SNS, RabbitMQ
• Terraform and infrastructure automation experience
• Good to have: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD

Hiring Manager Focus Areas

The hiring manager will primarily evaluate:

• Strong SQL fundamentals and ability to build complex business logic
• Hands-on ETL development experience
• Cloud exposure, preferably GCP
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days WFO)
