🚀 We’re Hiring: Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM professional with strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience?

We are looking for a Jr./Sr. Solution Architect to join our product engineering team and work on a mission-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product developed for our US-based University.

Position Jr./Sr. Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 days a week

Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days preferred

What We’re Looking For

• We are looking for a strong technical professional with extensive experience in:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Dynamics 365 solution design, customization, development and integration
• C# / .NET
• CRM Plugins & SDK
• Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Pages
• Dataverse
• APIs and integration with external systems
• CRM workflows, business processes and Flows
• Source control and CI/CD environments
• Troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization
• Designing scalable and maintainable CRM solutions
• Technical decision-making and solution governance
• Mentoring development teams and reviewing technical solutions
• Working closely with technical and business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Design and guide the architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Define technical approaches, integration patterns and scalable solution designs
• Review technical designs and development solutions
• Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Guide the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability and efficiency
• Mentor and guide technical team members
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities
