Key Skills & Requirements:

• Atlassian Solution Architect
• Jira, JSM and Confluence admin capabilities
• experience with Atlassian Rest APIs
• Atlassian Tools optimization
• Hands on with Atlassian ROVO AI
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal direction. This needs to be someone who identifies problems and proposes fixes, not someone who waits for exact instructions.
• Genuine interest and initiative in AI/automation, not just familiarity. I want a thought partner on our AI roadmap, not just someone executing tickets.
• Ownership mentality for the Atlassian platform. Treats it as their platform to manage and improve, not a queue of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable making judgment calls and escalating only when genuinely blocked, not as a default communication style.
