We are Hiring Assistant Manager – Spatial Concept Designer !!

Sonar Conectar Media and Entertainment LLP. We’re hiring a Spatial Concept Designer Assistant Manager to lead a 6-person creative team delivering visual merchandising concepts across seasons, festivals, mall activations, and retail/real estate client projects.
You’ll own two things above all:
- Zero missed deadlines
- Concepts that get approved — not endlessly recycled.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
▪ Lead delivery of the VM strategy — turning briefs into approved, production-ready concepts across seasons, festivals, and client projects.
▪ Manage brief intake — log, vet, and flag incomplete briefs before they become late deliverables.
▪ Run a 6-person creative team: assign work, unblock people, track weekly output.
▪ Drive AI tool adoption (image/video generation, prompt engineering) and track its impact on approval rates.
▪ Keep a 60-day forward festival/seasonal calendar always loaded.
▪ Make the calls on concept direction and revisions; know when to escalate (deadline risk, brief deviation, budget impact).
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
▪ 3–5 years in visual merchandising, retail design, or creative production.
▪ Experience leading or mentoring a team.
▪ Hands-on skill with design tools — Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDraw (industry-standard; confirm your stack).
▪ Working comfort with AI image/video generation tools and prompt engineering — not optional in this role.
▪ A track record of hitting deadlines under pressure and flagging risk early.
▪ Strong stakeholder management across creative, sales, and client teams.
