Job Title: Sr Business Development Manager - Customer Relations - US Market

MUST HAVE: US Market experience is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a dedicated candidate who can primarily work on our existing Product Customer account for Professional Services.

Looking for strong experience in managing B2B existing customer accounts for US Market, building long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

· Good at Cold calling

· Good understanding of SAAS Products.

· Experience in Account Management

· Good Experience in Cross Selling & Up Selling

· Excellent experience in IT Services Sales

· Good at Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

· Excellent Client Retention skills

· Experience in Stakeholder Management

· Focus on Customer Success

· Good Problem-solving skills.

· Good working experience in US Market.

Experience required: 10+yrs
