Sr Engineer, Software Engineer Lead - India
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Design, build, and support RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive technical discussions, contribute ideas, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support business-critical production applications.
- Apply secure coding practices and remediate vulnerabilities identified through security tools.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining code quality and security.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BE / B.Tech with 4-6 years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in:
- Java, Spring Boot
- Angular, TypeScript
- REST API Development
- Oracle, PostgreSQL
- AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, EFS, CodePipeline, Lambda@Edge)
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness
- New Relic, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools
- Qualys, Contrast, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, or similar security tools
- Working knowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
