Sr. Structural Design Engineer

• Structural Design: Develop detailed structural designs for a variety of projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
• Analysis and Calculations: Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety and performance standards.
• Code Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry codes, regulations, and standards to ensure designs comply with all relevant requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction teams.
• Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials for construction based on structural requirements and cost considerations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Site checking/inspection/approvals regarding concrete mix.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design issues and challenges during the construction phase.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, calculations, and revisions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g. ETABS, STAAD, SAFE).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective Communication skills along with good site interaction and knowledge
