WE’RE HIRING – STUDENT COUNSELLOR
SPM Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and results-driven Student Counsellor – Study Abroad to join our team.
Location: Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Required
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students interested in studying abroad
• Understand students’ academic background, career goals and preferences
• Guide students in choosing suitable countries, courses and universities
• Handle enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
• Follow up consistently with prospective students
• Explain admission requirements, scholarships, intakes and application processes
• Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams
• Maintain student and lead follow-up records
• Work towards counselling, application and admission targets
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, overseas education, admissions or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in communicating with students and parents
• Excellent follow-up and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Knowledge of overseas education processes will be an added advantage
