Counsellor:
- Individuals with Strong Convincing, Analytical ability and excellent Communication Skills
- Talking on assigned Raw data and converting them into Prospects.
- Talking to prospective clients and converting them into potential clients.
- Generating References from the existing clients.
- Ability of Handling Sales and Providing Counselling to the students Regarding study Abroad Options, Admission Requirements, in terms of Country, Programs and Universities on the basis of their Qualifications
- Giving Comprehensive support by offering end to end process assistance.
- Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly targets within assigned leads.
- Maintaining relations with Clients, Universities and Educational Institutes of different Countries
- Co-Ordinating with other departments to Streamline the process in regards with Coaching, applications and Visa Process of Applicants
- Maintaining accurate data of prospect and existing students.
- Conducting orientations and Informative sessions to educate student about the Study abroad opportunities if required
- Retaining the clients as and when required
